Greatest Athlete is an award winning TV series that bridges the gap between sports action and reality to entertain, engage and evoke the greatness in all who watch and interact with the show.

A highly anticipated fourth season is currently in the works where male and female sports stars, larger than life legends of sport, celebrity guests and, for the first time, members of the public will all combine into one phenomenal season of TV entertainment.

COMPETE AGAINST THE STARS

Top fitness and sports influencers, along with exceptional amateur athletes worldwide, will receive invitations to challenge the All-Star athletes in a thrilling and entertaining competition show. Witness the most prominent figures in sports as they vie for the title of the Greatest Athlete on Earth.

SEASON 1

The first season of Australia's Greatest Athlete was broadcast on the Nine Network and hosted by Andrew Voss and Michael Slater, with Ricky Ponting as a sideline commentator. It was sponsored by Rexona, which had naming rights to the show.

SEASON 2

The second season of Australia's Greatest Athlete was broadcast on the Seven Network and hosted by Mark Beretta and Tom Williams, with Ricky Ponting presenting occasional fitness tips and interviews with the competitors in video packages. It was once again sponsored by Rexona, which had naming rights to the show.

SEASON 3

The third season of Australia's Greatest Athlete was broadcast on the Seven Network and was hosted by Mark Beretta, with last season's competitor Wendell Sailor. Mark Webber and past season winner Billy Slater presented occasional fitness tips and interviews with the competitors in video packages.

TV SERIES

Greatest Athlete® formerly known as Australia’s Greatest Athlete (AGA), is an action entertainment television series. AGA featured the very best names in sport such as Hawthorne Captain Luke Hodge, AFL Legend Cameron Ling, Melbourne Storm and Australian Kangaroos fullback Billy Slater, Olympic Gold medalists, Steve Hooker & Matt Mitchum, 'people's champion' Wendell Sailor, V8 Supercars greats Jamie Whincup & Craig Lowndes, Australian Wallabies player James O'Connor, Former Queensland Reds player Quade Cooper, Cricket Legend Ricky Ponting and F1 Redbull driver Mark Webber. The series dominated its TV time slot over 3 years with audience ratings of 850,000+.
